Guests have full and private access to the entire villa during their stay. This includes the two bedrooms, living area, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and all outdoor spaces such as the private swimming pool, terrace, patio, garden, and BBQ area. The property also offers free private parking on site. No spaces are shared with other guests.

In a walking distance there is a mini market and a bakery. The closest restaurant is within a 5-minute drive. Gas station and pharmacy you will find at a 5 km distance, while the supermarket is 6 km away. The closest beach is at a distance of 7 km. Spatylas is a head village in the northwest part of the island. On the side of the Pantokrator, at an altitude of 370 meters above Barbati and Ipsos. In a few minutes you enjoy all the beautiful beaches of the island. With 900 residents this village creates intimacy and peace of mind and the guest enchants with its green richness. The view to the sea is shown by some parts of the village and is known as the "window" of Corfu. Located 20km away from center of the island. It is the perfect destination for a nice walk on the hillsides of the village.
